Owner

A fifth-generation Los Angleno, Tara is a living textbook of knowledge, with enthralling tales of political, cultural, and business elite as well as an uncommon familiarity and appreciation for the city's many historic, architectural and cultural institutions. Since 1992, her significant presence and contributions have been felt in the re-emerging downtown area first with the opening of her own 410 Boyd, for years a favorite of the arts district residents then with her corporate catering enterprise, named by Los Angeles Downtown News as 'Best Caterer' for the duration of her entire tenure at 'The Boyd' introduced her cooking to the business districts of downtown Los Angeles, eventually leading her, in 1997, to open her crown jewel, TRAXX, uniquely located in historic Union Station.

Nice atmosphere and tasty food, very good service and great wine selection. Never expected to see such a good restaurant at train station. Crab cake is delicious, served with mango salsa. Tasty desserts. Btw, you can occasionally meet celebrity out there, we did:)

Pretty cool spot in CA. The service was great and so was the food. We tried the jerk chicken which was perfectly cooked. I'm always suspect of chicken being too dry but it wasn't. Really great cocktail menu too. Got two of these drinks because they were so good, just can't remember what it's called. Definitely a place I'd recommend.

Chipolata style fast-casual place with an Asian selection of foods and toppings. Got the brown rice base with shrimp and pork meatballs and all the toppings you can fit in the bowl. Plus the fried egg - fried egg is always a good idea. I liked my apostleship style fast-casual place with an Asian selection of foods and toppings. Good to grab if you're in the area, but not good enough to go out of your way to get it.
